Using Windows Media Player
This Is How To Make Sure You Are Recording In MP3 Format
You can then use the music files as background music to your space.
- Open the windows media player.
- In the top right hand corner you will see a little down arrow. Click on this
- Choose tools from the dropdown menu and then options
- Click the File types tag and make sure mp3 is ticked on the list
- Then click the Rip Music tag
- On this page you will see Rip settings Format. If this box does not say MP3 then click on the down arrow and click on MP3.
- Choose Apply then ok.
- By default the music is stored in My Music file in My Documents folder. Change this folder if you need to on the Rip Music tag.
Now when you record/rip music from a cd the files will automatically be mp3 format.
